I dont have allergies, but I try to eat no dairy/eggs and really limit my gluten intake, so this book was great! I made the oatmeal cookies and they were good! Obviously not as good as a filled with butter oatmeal cookie, but still satisfying, and tasted better the next day! Plus, the best part was that I didn't feel guilty after I ate it since most of the recipes contain good for you ingredients. When you cut out gluten, butter, eggs, dairy, etc, mostly all that is left is healthy!
