After graduating college with a BS in Biology and minor in Music, he moved to Savannah, the city that started his career--he was inspired by the love of food and being exposed to amazing chefs that love to think about food outside of the box. After twenty years in the food industry, he began his blog, foodnservice.com. He was introduced to the Instant Pot, and it was love at first sight--so began his creative journey into the Instant Pot world. His recipes have been featured on various media outlets, including <i>Food & Wine</i>, <i>Delish</i>, <i>Munchies</i>, <i>Daily Mail</i>, <i>Buzzfeed</i>, <i>Jezebel</i>, <i>Today</i>, and more.
