Additional design elements make this Calla edition a keepsake for readers and collectors alike.<br><p/><br></br><p><b> About the Author </b></p></br></br>English poet, novelist, and anthologist Sir Arthur Quiller-Couch (1863-1944) published under the pen name Q. A Professor of English Literature at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow of Jesus College, he was knighted in 1910.<br>French-born artist Edmund Dulac (1882-1953) achieved prominence during the Golden Age of Illustration. His work encompasses a wide variety of themes and styles, although he preferred to work in watercolors and remains best known for his imaginative illustrations for fairy tales and other children's books.
