Step 2: Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7g) of powder for each 2 fl. oz. water. (Only use enclosed scoop.). Step 3: Cap bottle; shake well. Feed baby immediately. Once feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard. Directions for Preparation and Use: Use as directed by a doctor. Mixing Guide. To make approximately 2 fl oz. bottle, measure 2 fl. oz. water and add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7g) powder. To make approximately 4 fl oz. bottle, measure 4 fl. oz. water and add 2 unpacked level scoops powder. To make approximately 6 fl oz. bottle, measure 6 fl. oz. water and add 3 unpacked level scoops powder. To make approximately 8 fl oz. bottle, measure 8 fl. oz. water and add 4 unpacked level scoops powder. 1. Pull to separate scoop from inner lid. 2. Scoop powder. When finished, turn scoop upside down. 3. Place upside down scoop on hook on inner rim. Storage: Tightly cover open can and use within 1 month. Store opened and unopened cans in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme storage conditions. Warming formula above, or using water warmer than 100F (38C), will compromise the probiotic cultures. Note: Only if necessary, refrigerate freshly prepared bottle and use contents within 24 hours.
