Feed this liquid formula to babies 0-12 months old by mixing equal parts of the infant milk formula concentrate and water. Store unopened containers of this gentle baby formula at room temperature, and refrigerate opened containers for up to 48 hours. Made in US Step 1: Clean carton top; shake well and open. Step 2: Using the bottle markings to measure, pour equal amounts of formula and water into bottle. Step 3: Cap bottle; shake well. Feed baby immediately or refrigerate and use bottle within 48 hours.
