It also contains 2'-FL HMO, a prebiotic that is just like those found in significant levels in breast milk, and expert-recommended DHA to support brain and eye development. Feed this Gerber Soothe formula to babies 0-12 months old. Packaged in a recyclable container, this baby formula powder is easy to prepare with sterilized tap or bottled water. Made in US 1-800-955-7594 Step 1: Pour desired amount of water into bottle. Step 2: Add 1 unpacked scoop (8.7g) of powder for each 2 fl. oz. water. (Only use enclosed scoop.). Step 3: Cap bottle; shake well. Feed baby immediately. Once feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard. Directions for Preparation and Use: Use as directed by a doctor. Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. Sterilization or boiling of tap water and sterilization of utensils is recommended. Your doctor will advise if it is not required. If boiling water, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and allow to cool to room temperature before preparing formula. Mixing Guide. To make approx. 2 fl. oz., measure 2 fl. oz. of water and add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7g) of powder. To make approx. 4 fl. oz., measure 4 fl. oz. of water and add 2 unpacked level scoops of powder. To make approx. 6 fl. oz., measure 6 fl. oz. of water and add 3 unpacked level scoops of powder. To make approx. 8 fl. oz., measure 8 fl. oz. of water and add 4 unpacked level scoops of powder. Note: Only if necessary, refrigerate freshly prepared bottle and use contents within 24 hours. Refrigerator temperature should be maintained between 35-40 degrees F (2-4 degrees C). 1. Pull to separate scoop from inner lid. 2. Scoop powder. When finished, turn scoop upside down. 3. Place upside down scoop on hook on inner rim. Step 1: Pour desired amount of water into bottle. Step 2: Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7g) of powder for each 2 fl. oz. water. (Only use enclosed scoop.). Step 3: Cap bottle; shake well. Feed baby immediately. Once feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard. Storage: Store opened and unopened cans in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme storage conditions. Warming formula above, or using water warmer than 100 degrees F (38 degrees C), will compromise the probiotic cultures.
