March 20, 2019

I am a true fan of healthy food and this book contains amazing recipes of delicious dishes. I've made two formulas up until this point and anticipate making some more. The formulas are anything but difficult to get ready considering these dishes will be readied utilizing the moment pot. I have learned the first few chapters to fully explain the fundamental concepts of Lectins and Lectin Free diet while walking I through the basics of Slow Cooker as well. I am glad to own it in my library. Thanks

- Ralph Torres
