Kokuho Rose rice has a superior uniform kernel. It can be used as an accompaniment for stews, steaks, casseroles, fish, poultry, Asian-style stir-fry dishes and curries.<br><br>Directions<br>1 cup of uncooked rice makes approximately 3 cups of cooked rice. 1. Combine 1 cup Kokuho Rose rice, 1-1/2 cups cold water (if washed or drier rice is preferred, use 1/4 cup less water). Bring to a boil. 2. Reduce the heat to low, cover with a tight fitting lid and simmer for 20 minutes. Do not remove lid while cooking. 3. Turn off heat. Stir with fork or wet rice paddle or wooden spoon and serve. 4. Leftovers. There is no loss of flavor or taste; simply reheat in a double boiler or microwave.
