Made in United States and Canada 1) Position- Wash your hands and the FLEX Cup for 20 seconds. Press the sides of the cup together and then fold it in half again forming a tight U shape. 2) Insert- The FLEX cup folds for easy insertion, and then warms and forms to your body, creating a seal. Get in a comfortable position, relax your vaginal muscles, insert the FLEX Cup into your vagina, sliding it up and back toward your tailbone (not straight up). 3) Check- Make sure the cup has opened completely by inserting a finger into your vagina and gently pressing on the side of the vaginal wall. You should feel no pleats or indentations. Creating space around it allows the cup to fully open. 4) Remove- Simply pull the Release Ring to break the seal and remove. The Release Ring pulls the top of the cup in, to break the seal and help prevent spillage during removal.
