She is a Senior Lecturer (Honorary) in the School of Health and Society, University of Salford, Salford, UK.</p><p><b>Roger Watson</b> is Professor of Nursing, Faculty of Health and Social Care, University of Hull, Hull, UK. He is a Registered Nurse and Editor-in-Chief of Nurse Education in Practice. Professor Watson was the Founding Chair of the Lancet Commission on Nursing, a founding member of the Global Advisory Group for the Future of Nursing, and is the current Vice President of the National Conference of University Professors (NCUP).</p>
