The penguin named Charlie has escaped from the penguin enclosure to tour the aquarium. Carter invites the Charlie to join him and gives the penguin his ball hat as a disguise. </p><p><br></p><p>The two quickly become friends as Charlie shows Carter around the aquarium until it's time for Charlie to return to the penguin enclosure.
