While he wants to see the sharks and other fish, his main interest is seeing the penguins that are visiting this aquarium. As he and his parents inspect the exhibits, Carter hears a noise and goes to investigate. To his surprise, he sees a penguin alone. The penguin named Charlie has escaped from the penguin enclosure to tour the aquarium. Carter invites the Charlie to join him and gives the penguin his ball hat as a disguise. </p><p><br></p><p>The two quickly become friends as Charlie shows Carter around the aquarium until it's time for Charlie to return to the penguin enclosure.
