She has taught and lectured in China, Japan, Mexico, England, and India, and served as the head of the teacher education initiative for the Teachers College/UNICEF Afghanistan Project.</p>Lucy Corvino received her art education at Rhode Island School of Design and Teachers Collage, Columbia University. She is the illustrator of many books for children, including the <i>Classic Starts</i> series and the picture book <i>A Father's Song</i>. Lucy lives in New Jersey with her husband.
