Experienced campers, backpackers, and outdoor chefs, Tim and Christine have also authored Lipsmackin' Backpackin' and Lipsmackin' Vegetarian Backpackin', two of the most popular trail cooking books of the past decade. Tim and Christine have been testing outdoor recipes practically nonstop for fifteen years.
