She began training as a yoga teacher in New York in 2001 and completed her training at the École Française de Yoga (EFY) in Paris. In 2005, she joined the Research Group on Yoga for Children at EFY. She currently lives in Bucharest with her three children, where she works as a children's yoga instructor.
