Sopressata, Monterey Jack & Crackers: Cristiano Creminelli learned to make Sopressa from Master Artisan Amelio Stefani and is still using the same process and ingredients as they did in Veneto: wine, garlic, pepper and sea salt. Cristiano sources Sangiovese wine from famed wine maker, Bibi Graetz. This salami won a Sofi Silver award in 2011 and continues to gain global accolades. We pair it with a creamy Monterey Jack cheese and crackers seasoned with sea salt and olive oil.
