He would have turned 100 in October 2010. <p/><b>Sam Lubell</b> is the west coast editor for <i>The Architect's Newspaper</i> and the author of several books on contemporary architecture. <p/><b>Judy McKee</b> is Julius Shulman's only child and the executor of his estate.
