RepHresh Clean Balance Feminine Freshness 2-Step Kit is different from a douche: the kit contains a second step to help condition the vagina after cleansing and help maintain healthy vaginal pH to eliminate vaginal odor and relieve vaginal discomfort. Here's the Two-Step Difference: Step 1: Purified Cleansing with RepHresh Pure 10. This solution is made with proven ingredients, specially designed to match healthy vaginal pH and provide gentle, effective, cleansing action. Step 2: RepHresh Gel works with your body by maintaining healthy vaginal pH and eliminating feminine odor. When used regularly, RepHresh Gel maintains a healthy vaginal pH and eliminates vaginal odor for 3 days. Made in CA Preparation: 1) Remove cap and seal from douche solution bottle. 2) Hold upright and screw on cleansing nozzle. Cleaning Step: 1) While sitting on the toilet or standing in the shower, slowly insert nozzle into the vagina, about 3 inches. 2) Gently squeeze bottle, allowing the RepHresh Pure-10 purified cleansing douche solution to cleanse the vagina and then flow freely from the body. 3) Pat the area dry. Balancing Step: 1) Remove the applicator from the sealed wrapper. DO NOT remove the twist-off tab at this time. 2) Grip the applicator firmly by the thick end. Shake down to ensure that the contents are at the thin end of the applicator. 3) Bend thin pointed end of the applicator back and forth repeatedly. Snap off the thin pointed end of the applicator and discard the break-away tip. *DO NOT use scissors or tools to cut the applicator tip 4) While sitting or lying on your back with knees bent, gently insert open end of applicator well into the vagina. 5) Squeeze the thick end of the applicator firmly 2-3 times to deposit gel. 6) Remove the applicator and discard in waste container. Note: The applicator is designed to deposit the recommended amount of gel. When used as directed, a small amount of gel will remain in the applicator after use.
