This first publication includes extraordinary daily affirmations and mantras. While battling a depressive period, Dashana struggled to find reading material made for her. As a black woman Dashana faced many hurdles including; depression, PTSD, anxiety, infertility, narcissistic and sexual abuse. She knew her mind worked differently and she needed affirmations written in a way that she could believe and inhale. During her search, Dashana started writing affirmations and mantras, and hence birthed 365 Intentional Breaths. Dashana's goal is to at least be a small part of breaking the mental health stigma, especially in the black community.
