While in trance, she stumbles upon past regression experiences of (1) travel in a UFO to enter the earth with other Light Being extraterrestrials through a stargate, (2) levitation using the Great Crystal in the lost continent of Atlantis, (3) her part in building the Great Pyramid, and (4) a future with a new human form similar to the Edgar Cayce Atlantis readings on the Fifth Root Race. Chapman is also visited by the Christ Consciousness, Archangel Michael and Archangel Gabriel as spiritual guides. To her surprise, they give her a life mission of awakening the Golden Ones--souls who agreed in Atlantean times to reincarnate NOW, when we are again close to annihilation, to bring in a new world.
