With the Maggie McNair series, the author carries on this goal to touch on topics that are common, everyday occurrences in life, including hygiene issues and manners--lessons best learned early in life. Inspired by her own children's aversion to baths, brushing teeth, cleaning their rooms, and more, Sheila Booth-Alberstadt crafted the character of Maggie McNair. <p/>Norris Hall has been creating colorful, whimsical clocks, murals, office signs, decorative accessories, and illustrations since 1987, when he left his full-time job as an art director to pursue a career as an independent artist and illustrator.
