The inspiration for this book came while pursuing my Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate in early childhood education. From my adolescent years to adulthood, I have cared for children for many years. I started out as a babysitter and transitioned into working at a Childcare Center in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. While there I have worked in every department at the center. First working in the nursery and then moving into the Lead Teacher position in the Pre K3 pre-kindergarten class.
