Her mom suggests that instead of just playing more video games, she should try to do all the things she's always wanted to do, but never had the time.</p><p>Maggie takes her mom's advice and gets started on her "things to do" list of adventures. Unfortunately, things don't always work out the way she expects, resulting in surprisingly humorous mishaps.</p><p>Within the story's humorous theme, there is a message of what it means to be responsible in the face of the pandemic.</p><p><strong>Author Bio: </strong></p><p>A teacher for sixteen years, Gary J. Spack teaches third grade at Churchville Elementary School in Churchville, Pennsylvania. Before teaching, he was a marketing researcher. This is his third book. The first book, <em>The Snack Machine</em>, was published in 2017, and it was followed by <em>The Cat Burglars</em> in 2019. The author is married to Michele, the director of elementary education for a neighboring school district. They live in Newtown, Pennsylvania, with their two cats, Pebbles and Bam Bam. He enjoys sports, fitness, hiking, music, and the martial arts, being a third-degree black belt, and a Tai Chi and Qigong practitioner. </p><p><br></p>
