Ingredient for these meals are readily available through a variety of supplies and are items that suitable for long-term dry storage packed away in a Bug Out Bag.</p><p><br></p><p>Sample of suggested ingredients include Amaranth, Barley, Buckwheat, Bulgur, Cracked Wheat, Dried Garbanzos, Lentils, Potatoes, Quinoa, Rice, </p><p>Wild Rice, Oatmeal, Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP), Freeze Dried Fruits, Freeze Dried Vegetables, and more.</p><p><br></p><p>Exact recipes and ingredient lists are given for over 100 different recipes and variations to satisfy almost any dietary restriction.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Sample Recipe: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Cooked, Dried Garbanzos 5 tbs</p><p>Beefish Bits 4 tbs</p><p>Carrots 2 tsp</p><p>Celery 2 tsp</p><p>Beef Bouillon or Powder 1 tsp</p><p><br></p><p>Add to one cup of potable water; bring to a rolling boil then</p><p>simmer until water is fully absorbed.
