"Tooty the Tenderhearted Tooth!" tells us about Tooty's neighbors and friends (Gracie Gums, Tommy Tongue and Pulpy Pulp) and introduces the many visitors who frequently drop by to help Tooty and his friends stay healthy and well (Bristles Brush, Flossie Floss and Flora Fluoride.) One night, Tooty hears his friend, Tingly, whimpering in pain. Uh oh! Somehow, Cavalier Cavity manages to sneak in and hurt Tingly. Now, Tingly has a hole and is afraid he will have to go away! Tooty soothingly reassures his friend, "Don't worry, Tingly! Dr. Dennis Dentist will save you! You'll see!" The next day they visit Dr. Dennis Dentist who promises to take good care of Tingly. At Dr. Dennis' office, they meet Xia X-ray, Nancy Novocaine, Diggles Drill and Amy Air, who diligently work together to make Tingly all better! As All the Teeth cheerfully say good-bye to Dr. Dennis Dentist, they promise to come back in six months for a checkup and a special cleaning!</p>
