Sometimes there are so many things running through our heads that we don't know what to do, how to work it out, and what to share with others. For me, writing is therapeutic. I can share my personal thoughts, feelings, fears, and desires without fear of being judged or misunderstood. Journaling helped me and continues to help me sort things out and gives me an avenue to release those things that are not good for me to keep inside. </p><p><br></p><p>You can use this journal to write down your most intimate thoughts, plans, dreams, desires, and whatever is on your mind. Sometimes writing things down helps us see the bigger and brighter picture. During trying times like these, we all need a way to release the bottled up emotions and feelings that swirl around inside our heads and minds.
