He also consults for government agencies and manufacturing and engineering services firms, helping them establish knowledge of management practices and effective workflows for digital and print publications. <p> <strong>Bernadette Longo, PhD</strong> is an Associate Professor in the Department of Humanities at New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA.
