She later started Australia's first school for</p><p>young ladies, which she ran in Sydney for twenty years.</p><p>This book includes writings from Mary Howitt Walker, </p><p>Reg.W.E. Wilmot, Dora Campbell, Harry H. Peck and</p><p>Malcolm Ellis.</p><p>There are also three pieces by the famous Australian</p><p>author Mary Grant Bruce, one of which is her best work, </p><p>'Port After Stormie Seas'. Here you can find the farming</p><p>properties, and lots of the characters, on which she based</p><p>the 'Billabong' books and so many of her other yarns.
