She is a two-time winner of the Governor General's Literary Award and was a finalist for the Christian Andersen Award sponsored by the International Board on Books for Young People (IBBY).<b></b>After attending Dawson College in Montreal for illustration and design, <b>Marianne Ferrer</b> completed her education in graphic design at the Université du Québec à Montréal. She recently published <i>The Invisible Garden</i> and<i> A Story about Cancer (With a Happy Ending)</i>. <b>Jérôme Minière </b>grew up in Orléans, France and settled in Montreal in 1995. As a singer-songwriter, he has released over a dozen albums, including "Le vrai le faux" (winner of the Belgian prize Le Prix Rapsat-Lelièvre) and "Petit Cosmonaute" (winner of a Felix Award). He has also created music for several theatrical productions, including <i>La Fête de Boris</i>.
