T. Cragg was born in London and attended school at Harrow and university at Christ Church, Oxford, where he read English Language and Literature. After graduating with a Master of Arts degree, he lived in both Asia and England for the next sixteen years before moving to the United States in 1993. Having been a pioneer in several Asian stock-markets, he ended his financial career as the senior international fund manager at a major American bank. Having left the financial industry, he is now able to pursue his lifelong love of writing full-time.
