Wanda is a certified coach (CCC), practitioner in neurolinguistic programming and applied kinesiology, human resources administrator, and a mediator for cases of domestic violence and aggression in Puerto Rico. Norma Dávila develops others in industries as diverse as banking, technology, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, retail, risk management, utilities, automotive, energy, and waste management. Norma provides outplacement and career transition support, leadership development, and talent management programs. Norma is a certified professional resume writer (CPRW), certified professional career coach (CPCC), and Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology at Yale University and master's and doctoral degrees in psychology at the University of Chicago. Norma Dávila and Wanda Piña-Ramírez serve as subject matter experts, program facilitators, and program translators for SHRM. Both are senior human resources consultants for AON, serve as SMEs and board members for Mejores Patronos de Puerto Rico.
