The Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is the superlative expression of Kendall-Jackson's blending process, sourced from just one or two appellations. Crafted boutique-winery style in small individual lots throughout the winemaking process for flavor distinction. Kendall-Jackson is committed to producing only the finest quality wines from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in California’s cool coastal vineyards. This Kendall-Jackson Cabernet Sauvignon red wine is 100% Jackson Estate grown and is sourced from lower-yielding, higher elevation estate blocks and vineyards. Roughly 70% of the dry red wine is from the same vineyard blocks year-to-year, ensuring greater consistency and enhanced complexity with each vintage. Precision harvesting, sorting, de-stemming and pressing methods are utilized so that the grapes are handled in the most delicate manner possible. A pre-fermentation cold-soak adds layers of complexity to this dry red wine by extracting a silkier tannin profile. Kendall-Jackson's winemakers have an unmatched palate for flavors, toast levels and terroir nuances from which they masterfully blend exemplary rich, deep and complex wines. This bottled wine has a 14.5% ABV.
