Dan chairs The Together Free Foundation, which seeks to resource communities and churches in responding to Modern Slavery. Dan is an Associate Researcher with the Baptist Centre for History and Heritage at Regent's Park College, Oxford. Doctoral research was completed in Christian Education and Contextual Theology. Previously Dan founded and pioneered 57 West, a Baptist church rooted among rough sleepers in Essex. From 2008 to 2012, he taught Practical Theology at the Baptist Convention College in Soweto.
