(Nigel Chaffey, Botany One, botany.one, April 26, 2019)<br><p/><br></br><p><b> About the Author </b></p></br></br>This textbook is an outgrowth of an electronic CD published in 2003, and co-authored by Prof. Emeritus Crang along with the late Prof. Andrey Vassilyev, lead scientist in Anatomy of the Komarov Botanical Garden in St. Petersburg, Russia. Prof. Emeritus Crang has published extensively in plant anatomy and electron microscopy and has taught and conducted botanical research at a variety of international universities and government organizations. To replace Prof. Vassilyev, Prof. Wise joined the authorship in 2014 due to his strong background in teaching and research in plant physiology, plant anatomy and microscopy.
