He wrote the words and drew the pictures in <i>Strange Fruit, Volume I: Uncelebrated Narratives from Black History</i>, <i>Bass Reeves: Tales of the Talented Tenth, no. 1</i>, and <i>Bessie Stringfield: Tales of the Talented Tenth, no. 2</i>.
