His memorable images, which combine whimsy, romance, and sophistication, continue to enchant children and adults alike. Dover cover design artist Jeff A. Menges specializes in fantasy art and has edited books on the art of Arthur Rackham, Edmund Dulac, and Warwick Goble as well as an anthology of Victorian fairy paintings.
