With diverse landscapes and climate that supports year round harvesting, Colombia is one of our favorite origins to source fresh, high quality, coffees from small scale farmers. For gradient, we combine some of the best coffees from farmer groups scattered throughout the country and roast them perfectly. For our dark roast, Gradient, we use 100% Colombian coffees and roast them to create a coffee with notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, berry, and a syrupy body.
