She is a graduate of Harvard College in the history of art and architecture and holds a master's degree in urban planning from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, where she is an adjunct professor. She is the author of New York: Hidden Bars & Restaurants for Jonglez publishing and Broadway (published by Arcadia). Michelle lives in Brooklyn. Augustin Pasquet is the co-owner of Untapped Cities and manages business development and tours. He has lived in Nigeria, Switzerland and Thailand and currently lives in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
