Slide foot into brace toes first, ensure the tongue is on top of the foot. Lace up the brace. Take the outer strap and cross in front of foot and under heel, pull strap until desired tension is achieved. Attach contact closure. Take the inner strap cross in front of foot and under heel to form an "X", pull strap until desired tension is achieved. Attach contact closure. Pull the top circumferential straps towards front of ankle over the laces and secure.
