This was followed by the book you have just read; aimed at managers who are learning to coach and who want to understand how workplace conversations might sound when they use their new coaching skills. She has just completed a book about building resilience at work, scheduled for publication in 2017/18 by Routledge. OUTSIDE WORK Committed to supporting others in a variety of ways, Kathryn has taken part in numerous sporting events to raise money for charity and was actively involved in establishing (and now coaching with) the KEA coaching trust providing coaching to NGO's in New Zealand.
