Ask the world's best wildlife photographers to donate an image each and produce the most beautiful book on elephants ever made. Then use that picture book to raise awareness of and funds to fight the plight that elephants are facing. Remembering Elephants is that vision come true with a total of 65 photographers coming together for this unprecedented project and their stunning images collectively showing the life enjoyed by wild African elephants in the early part of the 21st century. And sadly also, what can happen at the hands of man. This book can help play a part in helping preserve this iconic species for many generations to come. By buying a copy you will be supporting us in this endeavor, something you can be proud to tell your grandchildren. Because it is now that we need to remember elephants, before it is too late.

Review Quotes

Remembering Wildlife, the groundbreaking charity picture book series, has announced the 10 winners of its photography competition to appear in its forthcoming book, Remembering Cheetahs, which will help to protect the world's most endangered big cat. This was a 'live-aid' moment for wildlife photographers, coming together for a fund-raising book entitled Remembering Elephants. Such was the success of this book that it was quickly followed up by Remembering Rhinos, Remembering Great Apes, Remembering Lions and Remembering Cheetahs. So far, more than 150 photographers have contributed to the series under the banner of 'Wildlife Photographers United', selling more than 16,000 copies and raising more than USD $800,000 for conservation projects in Africa and Asia.
