Easy to make, Wacky Mac Mac & Cheese Dinner is a comfort food that hits the spot.<br /><br />Directions<br />Cooking: <br />1: Bring 6 cups of water to a rapid boil. Add macaroni and boil uncovered for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. Return to pan. Add 1/4 stick or 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 3 tbsp. of 2% milk, and contents of cheese packet. Mix until smooth and creamy. Serve hot. Makes 2 servings.
