Cameron also directs Convergence Network, a multi-denominational network of congregations and leaders in North America. Rev. Trimble is an adjunct professor teaching social innovation in a number of universities in the United States. She is an ordained pastor in the United Church of Christ, have served as a pastor of four congregations in the Atlanta area. Her ministry in national and regional church settings has given her a unique perspective on the challenges of cultivating leaders equipped to meet the needs of the future of mainline Protestantism. Her coaching and consulting clients are primarily executive leaders going through dynamic culture transformations. Diversity, she believes, is the source of lasting innovation and the social transformation. In becoming a pilot, Cameron learned many of her leadership lessons through the adventures of the cockpit of her airplane. In her work, she has learned to combine these two passions - pastoring and piloting - to teach the art of leadership in organizational systems.
