She was sent this quote by a friend, Kerry Blackburn who had set up a daily text message group to uplift others. </p><p><br></p><p>"By changing what goes into our minds we can change so much of what comes out of them."</p><p>Cooki began gathering quotes from Kerry and EVERYONE else she came in contact with, and let them know she will be writing a book one day.
