In 2005 he published his first graphic novel, and in 2009 created Silex in the City, a huge hit that was made into a cartoon for Franco-German TV channel Arte. Achdé began drawing comics at age three and has never stopped. Creator of such series as CRS=détresse and Woker (with Widenlocher), he eventually fulfilled a childhood dream when he was asked to take over as artist for Lucky Luke.
