We’ve opened restaurants around the world and now we’re bringing our flavors to your kitchen. <br />We’ve partnered with A-Sha Foods of Taiwan to make these air-dried, never-fried noodles. They’re flavor-packed like the dishes Momofuku is known for. Plus, like all A-Sha noodles, they have 11 grams of protein per serving and are made from simple, quality ingredients. <br />
