Chapelle</b> is Distinguished Professor of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Iowa State University. She is Editor of the <i>Encyclopedia of Applied Linguistics</i> (Wiley-Blackwell, 2013), Co-editor of the Cambridge Series in Applied Linguistics, as well as a past Editor of <i>TESOL Quarterly</i> and <i>Language Testing.</i> <p><b>Shannon Sauro</b> is Associate Professor in the Department of Culture, Languages and Media in the Faculty of Education and Society at Malmö University, Sweden. She is the past president of the Computer-Assisted Language Instruction Consortium (CALICO).
