Currently he is Distinguished Professor in the School of Humanities and director of the International Center for Writing and Translation at the University of California, Irvine. <p/><b>Moses Isegawa</b> was born in Uganda and is the author of the novels <i>Abyssinian Chronicles</i> and <i>Snakepit</i>.
