He is the author of<i> If These Walls Could Talk: San Francisco Giants</i> and the co-author of a book on the Giants' 2010 World Series title, <i>This Is Our Time</i>. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Haft graduated from Stanford University and has two daughters, Samantha and Stephanie. While playing from 1951 to 1972 for the Giants, <b>Mays </b>became one of the best baseball players in the history of the game. He resides in San Francisco, California.
