This companion activity book is also worth its weight in gold. Some of the activities are not new but all of them are useful. A great range of activities too and all aim to boost esteem and help children understand they did not cause it, it can't be changed and they need to find ways to cope. Excellent resource.

Kerry M.

I use this in my divorce groups I run with elementary aged children. Very appropriate for that age and the content and pictures are spot on. Haven't used the activity book yet but plan on it. Good quality items for a school counselor.

Laura M.
School Counselor

About the Author

Julia Cook, M.S. is a national award-winning children's author, counselor, and parenting expert.
