Now with a fun new cover, three talented writers and dog masters share wisdom gleaned while walking through life alongside four paws. Through dog tales and human stories, this pack of short, enjoyable devotions focuses on spiritual lessons, including:

who we are on the inside matters

rebellion blocks blessings

boundaries are for our own good

using our talents glorifies God

if we always bark, we won't hear instructions

Pet lovers will find encouragement and guidance for their own life through invitations to reflect on the love, companionship, and insight dogs give to those who love them.

Review Quotes

"I worked with M.R. Wells just after she left Disney, and have followed her writing career with great interest...You can't beat Four Paws from Heaven or Purr-Ables From Heaven--the cute dogs and cats and the well chosen words make an unbeatable combination. Especially for those of us who love animals. God gave us animals as special, loving, compassionate companions during some of life's tough times...and as happy, upbeat, cheerleaders during the great times--these two books capture the best of both worlds...At least that's what my dogs Sparky and Duke tell me.."
--Rob Loos, co-Founder & partner, TLC Entertainment

I loved Four Paws from Heaven. It brought back memories of my pets and the quirky things they did. I shed a few tears, laughed out loud, and kept a big smile on my face as I read each page. If you've ever owned a pet and gaining a more vivid picture of God entices you, then this book is a must read! From the first page you'll be hooked. Wells, Young and Fleishauer filled this book with true canine stories with life changing take-aways. At least one, but probably many, of the lessons in this book will be relevant to any reader. The best part of Four Paws from Heaven is that it compares our beloved pet's behavior with our own human behavior; the resulting 'Aha' moments inevitably draw us closer to God.
--Victorya Rogers, author of Finding a Man Worth Keeping

I loved it! I greatly appreciate how each chapter cleverly connects the canine with the divine in brief yet personal vignettes. Almost every story brought back blessed memories of unconditional love from pets I've loved. I highly recommend this devotional book for anyone who has ever loved or been loved by 'man's best friend'.
--Joe L. Brown, Youth Pastor, Heritage Bible Church

If you want an encouraging, unique read, I strongly suggest that you buy this book. It will be money well spent.
--Jeremy Reynalds, Special Correspondent for ASSIST News Service

About the Author

Connie Fleishauer is a retired teacher and writer and enjoys filmmaking.
